Physical Education
1. If you have a basketball at home, practice your coordination by continuing to practice your dribbling.

Today's activity
Sports
-Basketball training drill: Full court dribble to lay-up (burpee if you miss the shot), full court dribble back and shoot.
-Three-point, two-point, and one-point shots
-Tip-off jump ball practice
-First scrimmage!

Strength & Conditioning
1. Keep practicing sucking in those core muscles regularly to keep your back safe.
