1. Finish reading Catching Fire chapter 3 (the handout that was given in class). Read out loud in your head as you read!

Composition
1. Mask project - due Friday.
2. JOTF #12 p. 109-123, ch. 7 "Shadows and Tall Trees." We did most of it in class.
3. JOTF #13 p. 124-132, ch. 8 "Gift for the Darkness" (the first half of the chapter). Use the pre-formatted JOTF #13 Cornell notes sheet given out in class.
4. Research Paper - bring your notecards on Thursday and start looking at how they will fit together into categories.

English H
1. Acting Troupe scenes - get deep into your scenes and characters and meet with your groups so that you are prepared for Thursday.
2. Start reading Act IV of Romeo and Juliet, and start filling out the Act IV questions sheet. Notice how family roles and gender roles affect what's going on in the story.
