Physical Education
1. Keep bringing your Fitness Assessment sheet to class!

Today's activity: Endurance! Five minutes of burpees, One mile run for time.

Strength & Conditioning
1. Keep practicing deadlift form as you pick up everyday objects. Suck in your core as you go about your day!

Today's workout: 
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 3 minutes-
4 broad jumps over the board
4 squats balancing on the board
8 mountain climbers with hands on the board

rest 3 minutes

Go again same as above and surpass your previous score.

English 9
1. Finish the context sentences and definitions guesses for VL2 (vocab lesson #2) words on your vocab week work packet.
