2. Bring in 100 notecards (3x5 is great) to class with your name on the back of every one.
3. Get The Last Samurai movie permission slip filled out.*
4. Complete the Things Fall Apart essay (final due Thursday, typed) with your group.

*note to parents/guardians: The Last Samurai is a well-made movie that contains valuable connections to our most recently finished novel, Things Fall Apart. It is rated "R," but mostly for battlefield violence - there is virtually no sexual content and very little foul language. The battlefield violence is realistic, but not graphic.
