Ack! Unfortunately I had some major car troubles on the way back to Los Angeles from Christmas break. I am stuck for today, but will hopefully be able to make it back to class tomorrow. Until then:

Composition
1. Start studying past vocabulary words and definitions in preparation for our final exam. It's coming up soon!
2. If you'd like to get ahead, read the story of The Scarlet Ibis in your Holt textbook.

World Literature
1. Finish reading The Odyssey in the Mythology textbook.
2. Finish your Odyssey timeline. Here are the requirements if you have forgotten:
-15 events in chronological order from The Odyssey
-Start with Odysseus leaving Troy after the Trojan War. End with Odysseus happy and back at home with his wife and son.
-7 of the 15 events should include an illustration
